Why BIMRelay exists
COBie shouldn't be rebuilt at handover.
Too often, COBie is assembled at the end of a project, in spreadsheets, by the one person who can export it from Revit. Every model change means another export and another round of copying values back in.
BIMRelay keeps the workbook connected to the model, so the whole delivery team can complete it as the project moves, and the handover data is ready when the building is.
