What is included in each plan.

What can I do in the evaluation workspace?
Create one active project, generate a COBie 2.4 workbook from its host and linked models, collaborate, validate the workbook, and create sample XLSX exports limited to the first 100 rows of each sheet.
What is included with Pro?
Ongoing model extraction, workbook versioning, unlimited XLSX exports, and publishing completed files to Autodesk Forma are included with Pro.
How does active-project capacity work?
Your workspace has one subscription that covers the number of active projects you choose. Each active project uses one slot; archived projects stay available read-only and do not use one. Increase or decrease the slot count as delivery work starts and wraps up.
Do I pay for collaborators?
No. Every BIMRelay project includes unlimited collaborators. Billing is based on active BIMRelay projects at the workspace level.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Choose monthly billing for flexibility or save 17% with annual billing. For annual plans, invoice-based billing is available as an alternative to paying by card.
