Collaborators are not metered

Active-project capacity

Each active project uses one slot on the subscription, and archived projects do not count. Adjust the slot count up or down as delivery work starts and wraps up.

What can I do in the evaluation workspace?
Create one active project, generate a COBie 2.4 workbook from its host and linked models, review AI Review's suggestions, collaborate, validate the workbook, and create sample XLSX exports.
What is included with Pro?
Ongoing model updates with AI Review after each one, workbook versioning, unlimited XLSX exports, and publishing completed files to Autodesk Forma are included with Pro.
How does active-project capacity work?
Your workspace has one subscription that covers the number of active projects you choose. Each active project uses one slot; archived projects stay available read-only and do not use one. Increase or decrease the slot count as delivery work starts and wraps up.
Do I pay for collaborators?
No. Every project includes unlimited collaborators. You pay only for active projects.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $299/month per project, or $249/month per project billed annually.
How do volume discounts work?
When your purchased project capacity reaches a discount tier, the lower rate applies to every project in your workspace, on monthly and annual billing.
What if I need more than 20 active projects?
