What does it fill in?
Manufacturer, ModelNumber, ModelReference, Description, Material, Finish, Color, and Features on the Type worksheet, plus product documents linked to the Type. It researches products your model identifies by manufacturer and model number, or by a link to a product page.
Researched on the manufacturer's own site
COBie asks for the product behind every Type, but models rarely carry more than a family name and a model code. After each model is processed, AI Review picks out the products it can identify and looks them up on official manufacturer websites, in the background.
The Products tab lists every product with values to review, a preview of what it found, and the site it came from.
Every value shows its source
Open a product to see how it was identified, each suggested value, the evidence for it, and a link to the page it came from. Check any value against the manufacturer before it goes into the workbook. A suggested manufacturer comes with its contact details, ready to become a Contact row.
Approve, edit, or reject
Select the values you want and approve them in one step. Edit a value first if you prefer different wording, or reject one that doesn't fit. Approved values fill the blank Type cells and appear in the workbook history like any other edit. Values already in your workbook are never replaced.
Help it find more products
Products identified by manufacturer and model number, or by a link to a product page, give the best results. When a product isn't identified, add its product page or its manufacturer and model, then look it up again.
