Help
Billing, archived projects, and exports.
What happens to your subscription and workbook files when you cancel, archive, or delete.
Managing your subscription
Use the billing controls to cancel a subscription, or contact BIMRelay support for help. Archiving or deleting a project, leaving a workspace, or disconnecting Autodesk does not cancel billing. Canceling a subscription does not delete your BIMRelay workspace. The cancellation date and any pending plan change are shown in the billing flow.
Checkout supports cards and, for eligible USD payments, US bank accounts (ACH Direct Debit). Bank payments can take up to four business days to confirm. New Pro access or added capacity starts after confirmation; your existing paid capacity stays available while an upgrade payment processes. Check Payment methods & invoices for payment status or any action needed. Avoid starting another purchase while a bank payment is processing.
Exports from archived projects
Generate and download required exports while a project is active. Archived projects cannot create new exports, but you can still download exports you already created. Restoring paid access does not automatically reactivate every archived project.
What an Excel export contains
An XLSX export is the workbook deliverable. It doesn't include comments, project activity, or settings, so keep copies of your source models, final deliverables, and other records your project requires.
Before deleting a project or workspace
Download the records you need first. Deletion removes access immediately, and recovery is not guaranteed. If you need an existing export after losing access, contact us at hello@bimrelay.com.
See the billing and refund terms and retention and deletion policy for the applicable conditions.
