COBie 2.4 inside NBIMS-US V3.
COBie 2.4 is an information-exchange specification that can be expressed in multiple implementation formats. BIMRelay generates the spreadsheet implementation of COBie 2.4 documented in NBIMS-US V3, published by NIBS in 2015. BIMRelay has no affiliation with NIBS and no role in creating the standard.
